Planning a wedding takes a lot of time & work, let us lighten that load. We’ve helped plan and execute the entertainment for countless weddings & receptions of every kind over the past 15 years and know how to make the most of your special day. We don’t want to take over your special day or change your plans in any way. We want to help you make the most of them!

We’ll meet with you for an initial consultation to understand your vision for your wedding. We’ll then start to put together a timeline of events and help you find the perfect songs to match if you need suggestions. The day of your wedding we’ll know exactly what you want to happen and take charge so you can enjoy time with friends and family without having to worry about when you’re supposed to cut the cake, or when you’re doing your first dance. We’ll take care of it so you can make memories!

Wedding Coordination

 

Have you ever been to a wedding that was awkward and no one knows what to do or what’s going on? That doesn’t happen when couples hire us. Above all, you want your wedding to be fun and not awkward. Couples say that our coordination alone was worth getting a DJ.

Brides and Grooms often underestimate the amount of coordination that’s necessary on the day of the wedding. We have the experience to make your day stress free. When it’s time to cut the cake, who’s going to tell your guests? Who’s going make sure the photographer is ready? Who’s going to make sure the Bride and Groom are ready? When you hire us, we do! We make sure the cake is ready, the photographer is ready, the bride and groom are ready, and we make the announcement to your guests so when it happens, it’s smooth and memorable for the right reasons. We don’t want the bride, groom, family, or photographer (it’s not their job) to have to worry about any of that. We’ll take care of all of it.

Wedding Ceremonies

 

The centerpiece of the day, your wedding, should be beautiful, smooth, and stress free. It should be an occasion that you remember because you got married, not because you were stressed, things didn’t go according to plan, or because it was difficult to hear. Our experience will help you focus on what’s important while we worry about the details.

We suggest that any ceremonies that have more than 60 guests indoors or 40 guests outdoors have a sound system. When you have more guests, they start to not be able to hear what’s being said.

We also often run wedding ceremony rehearsals for our clients to ease the stress on the day before. We’re happy to show people where to stand, how to stand, what order to go in, how fast, etc, all the details so you don’t have to.

MUSIC

 

Besides family and friends, music is one of the most important aspects at a wedding. It can often make or break a special moment. We plan meticulously with you to make sure we know exactly what kind of music you like and what kind of music your guests will like. From pop, to country, to hip hop, and everything in-between, we’ve got you covered! We’ll gather the songs that you like (and songs you don’t like) and create a possible playlist to pull from for your wedding. We then watch carefully at the event to make sure that everyone is enjoying the music. We never just set it and forget it. If we find that a certain type of music isn’t working, we’ll adjust and keep everyone enjoying themselves. Providing the perfect mix of old, or new, or both. This becomes even more important during dancing! Not everyone will love every song, that is inevitable, so we plan carefully with a variety of music to keep everyone movin’ and groovin’ right up to the last second. We’ll choose the right songs at the right moment to help create important memories.

We offer state of the art LED lighting that can be perfectly customized to your wedding. Lighting can add that extra “something” to transform any room (even a cultural hall) and really set the atmosphere. We’ll personalize the style and setup to make sure it adds to your theme and will help add that touch of elegance, class, fun, or party to your wedding and isn’t cheesy over distracting. The most popular options among Brides & Grooms are “uplighting” and “ceiling focused” lighting. We also offer custom monograms to customize for brides & grooms.
